first times the charm....

Well here it goes...my first post. I must say im a bit nervous and really i dont know why i am because there is a pretty good chance no one in the world will read this but here it goes anyway...
Things have been going pretty well lately. Trying to plan a wedding (yah 46 days but whos counting!!??)Future husbands baseball team just went three rounds deep in the playoffs which translates into lots of traveling with the cheerleaders for this girl. And school is almost out!!
First lets discuss the wedding business. Like i said 46 days out and there are still quite a few lose ends to tie up. We just recently found a baker that we liked for our cakes. This has been a challenge because i hate cake but i love key lime pie. So our wedding cordinator found this marvelous recipe for key lime pie flavored cake. Its delicious!! BUUUUT no one wants to make it because they all have their own lime recipe (which tastes like poo most the time or is colored Kermit the frog green)So as you can see there have been some issues but a place called Misty's did some samples for us and i think they will work. Its either that or make it myself HAHA and you can ask my future husband i cant even bake cookies. He had to teach me how embarassing is that when youre 26 and your BF teaches you how to bake. So anyways all we need now are bridal portraits and a bunch of other random stuff and we will be set!
Now about the baseball stuff. I have just recently realized i like baseball and pickle flavored sunflower seeds! Now i know, i know baseball is America's favorite sport but heck ive never even been to a Rangers game (hint*hint future husband) And i didnt grow up with a brother so cut me some slack. But those Cooper Cougars had a great run and i am so proud of them!
Lastly, lets talk about my current favorite subject....SCHOOLS GETTING OUT! I tell you what, this crop of freshmen will wear a girl out. They are terrible with a capital T. I am so tired and cant wait to be through with them....5 more days and counting....
