Miss Madeline

Its official!

These are my best friends!

So i know it has been a while since my last post. What can i say school started and we are now in the full swing of cheerleading, football, and lots of other fun fall things!
I realized today though that i havent ever put up a wedding or honeymoon post, so....here it goes this post will be devoted to the wedding and the next will be the honeymoon.

The wedding was great. It had of course rained ALLLLL week in Abilene (something that i was sure WOULDNT happen in July in Abilene Texas) but low and behold it did. So when you are planning an outside reception for around 500 people that starts to make a girl nervous. The tent company from Austin was great though, and i will admit that the night before my wedding i snuck over to see what the reception looked like and the entire inside of the tent was covered in hay!!! YES hay like you would feed a cow. They were trying to soak up the water. I tell you what if you ever need a tent you need to call Marque in Austin cause those fine folks are miracle workers!

The wedding as i said was great, everything went off without a hitch! The reception was hot but really really fun. Its funny to me though, having been through it now. You always seem to have more fun at someone elses wedding. Dont get me wrong i had a blast at ours but theres a lot of preasure to talk to everyone and make sure everything is going right!!I was so glad that so many of our close friends stuck it out until the end despite the heat because thats when the dance party started. Thank you to everyone that came, it was a night we will never forget!
